Silsbee ISD Celebrates Tanya Avera’s Master’s Degree Achievement

Silsbee ISD is celebrating the academic achievement of one of its own as Tanya Avera recently graduated from Western Governors University (WGU) with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.

Avera currently serves as the district's Coordinator for State and Federal Programs and Curriculum at the Central Office, where she plays an important role in supporting campuses, teachers, staff, and students throughout Silsbee ISD.

Her latest accomplishment reflects her dedication to continued education, professional growth, and excellence in her career.

District officials expressed their pride in Avera's achievement, recognizing her commitment to furthering her education while continuing to serve the Silsbee school community.
