What we collect

When you submit a story, obituary, event, advertising inquiry, message, or mailed-copy request, we save the details you provide, your attachments, and the time of your request. Contact details and original submissions are available to authorized newsroom staff.

How the team uses it

Your information helps the team review your submission, respond to your inquiry, arrange advertising, or process your magazine request. Submitted stories, obituaries, photos, and flyers may be edited and published after editorial review when you have given permission. Contact details and your relationship to the deceased are not automatically included in public stories, obituaries, or events.

Your permission

Only send material you own or have permission to share. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request. Submission does not guarantee publication.
